Shipping

We ship to Switzerland and select international destinations. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times: 2-5 business days within Switzerland, 7-14 business days for international orders.
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@refili.ch with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
